If the parcel is uncollected after a delivery attempt and remains at the post office, you will be notified. If reshipment is needed, an additional delivery fee will be charged to cover the cost of returning and reshipping the parcel. This must be paid before we dispatch the parcel again.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Need Squish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please email serviceneedsquish@gmail.com  immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
