Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We are not responsible for claims related to packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS or other carriers. Once the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to file claims or guarantee replacement, as delivery confirmation indicates that the order has reached the address provided. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management for further assistance.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided during checkout, we will issue a refund for the product(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable(Flat Rate of $8 USD at the moment), as the carrier has already rendered the delivery service.

We do not refund/return due to change of mind due to the nature of our product , once it has been used it cannot be reused for other customers. if you’re unsatisfied or experience an issue with your order, you may request a return within 7 business days of the delivery date.

If you’re not happy with the item, please do not open or use it so that you can return it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. This is because we would never resell used squishys to other customers, just as you wouldn’t want to receive something that has already been used.

Please note that the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. This is standard practice for change-of-mind returns, as the courier and shipping fees are already paid when we first send the parcel out. Since these fees cannot be refunded to us by the courier, they are covered by the customer if a return is chosen.

We will issue a full refund for the returned items, provided they are in good, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, dirty, scratched, or show signs of use.

It's Fragile to Sharp items and Assertive Force over it's limit, Although it is made for squishing , there is always a limit on the amount of pressure it can uphold.

Damages and issues

 If you notice any defects with your squishy within 2 days of opening and using it, please contact us and we will look into the issue for you. However, after 2 days, we are unable to take responsibility due to the delicate nature of squishies.


Please inspect your order upon receiving within 7 days (Unopened) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel before the shipment or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
